Project consists of a design/build program for the closure of five (5) landfill areas comprising approximately 500 acres including associated infrastructure. Program includes 1,500 activities, several hundred items in the schedule of values, including lump sum, unit price and allowance items. Development to include golf courses, high-end residential condominiums and hotels. Started 2002, to run through 2011.
