Project Controls Engineering (PCE) is exposed to sensitive client financial information during the execution of project controls activities. Project Controls Engineering understands the importance of complete confidentiality of client sensitive information. Neither Project Controls Engineering, Inc., nor it's employees or representatives, will ever divulge sensitive client information to any outside party for any purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, overhead rates, markup rates, unit costs, profit margins, work practices, contract information, and marketing information.
To this end, Project Controls Engineering must ask that inquires regarding sensitive, or potentially sensitive information, about past clients or other parties not be directed to Project Controls Engineering 's personnel and representatives. No information will be provided.
In addition, Project Controls Engineering, Inc. does not provide services beyond those stated in this website or engage in any business dealings with subcontractors or any other vendor without the notification and consent of Project Controls Engineering 's prime client on the project. In addition, any services provided to a subcontractor or any other vendor will be limited to scheduling services only, to prevent any potential conflict of interest in providing financial-related services.
Project Controls Engineering is amendable to, and encourages, the inclusion of confidentiality clauses in it's contracts with clients.
